Customer Services and Administration Officer - Retail products For the support of the Finance & Administration department, the company  is actively looking for a Customer Services Officer - Retail products for a fulltime position and with following profile:

  • Obtained degree: You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
  • MS Office: You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook – Excel – Word -PowerPoint)
Job description:
Main tasks:
  • As a customer services officer you are the direct contact person for our customers
  • Manage and ensure response of all incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries
  • Collect all sales orders from customers and introduce those orders in our ERP system (Oracle)
  • Responsible for the follow-up of orders from A to Z
  • Gather all information necessary to start the return/credit note procedure - complaints
  • Manage the commercial conditions granted to specific customers
  • Follow-up sale orders issues between us and the warehouse
  • Manage the stock loadings for new products
  • Responsible for the samples and inventories
  • Analyze & report business results and market data to Management
  • Deliver administrative support to the Sales Manager – Retail products
  • Backup of the Customer Services Officer - Hospital and Specialty product
  • Change or adapt prices in Oracle and Salesforce
  • Responsible for certain tasks of the monthly closing process

Ideal profile: You have a first proven experience in a similar role You have strong communication skills You have a good knowledge of Excel and like working with numbers You like to work in team and don’t hesitate to help others You are not afraid to work in a growing company and a dynamic environment You are stress-resistant An experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus together with a knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system
